Kerrie Murray, Chartered Accountant and Pryme Group CFO, wins the Dr Dresselhaus Award
Dr Mildred Dresselhaus was an eminent physicist who championed equal opportunities for females in the fields of science and engineering. Thus, the award pays tribute to the hard work of women in the energy industry. It also aims at tackling gender imbalance across the sector.
“I was absolutely delighted to win the award as it’s a recognition of not only my hard work but the hard work of colleagues past and present, who have been a major part of my career journey to date,” Kerrie said. “The power of mentorship should not be under-estimated. I’ve had a very successful career to date because of those who have mentored me and also because of those that I have, and continue to, mentor. All I’ve ever done was ask people to be the best they can be. I love to see people succeed, in what being the best means to them. The P&J organised a fantastic evening, with all attendees having a brilliant time!”
Pryme Group and all its employees express their most sincere congratulations for this fantastic and well-deserved achievement.
