Dear Customers, Suppliers and Partners,

Pryme Group would like to sincerely thank our customers for their continued business and trust. We are equally extremely grateful to our suppliers for their commitment and support during these very challenging times.

Pryme Group has been urged to remain open for business whilst strictly adhering to the Government guidelines as we are part of the Supply Chain of the Healthcare and Defence Industry sectors, deemed ”Critical” by the Government to remain operational.

We are currently making use of our Group of Companies capabilities to assist in the production of vital medical equipment components and support Defence companies with essential parts.

We will continue operations for as long as we are able to carry out work in compliance with the Government guidelines. We do not wish any person (whether an employee or a supplier) or an organisation to feel they are under pressure to work with us. We do, however, greatly appreciate the efforts that are being made to do so in a safe and sustainable manner.

We have implemented a comprehensive outbreak management plan in response to the COVID-19 that is currently impacting people and businesses across the country and globally.

Our Senior Leadership Team is assessing daily the situation and reviewing the UK Government, the Scottish Government and various Public Health agencies advice and guidelines. Our employees are being briefed daily on the latest development and measures have been and are swiftly implemented.

If you would like more information about the actions we are taking, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at .

From a business perspective, we envisage no issue with deliveries of current orders. We have contacted our suppliers and are working with them to ensure that critical material and services do not suffer disruptions.

For any potential or existing customer, we would like to highlight that we do have some available capacity should they wish to mitigate for any risk of shortage or disruption. We will work with you to increase our production to meet your needs. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements or help resolve your challenge.
