North Sea E&P Operator
Conductor Multi-Purpose Cleaning Tool Including Inspection
SengS was contracted to design and manufacture multi purpose conductor cleaning and inspection tool. The tool was designed to open and close during deployment to overcome anode clamps that were connected along the length of the conductor.

Conductor Emergency Pinning and Clamping
SengS was contracted to design and manufacture a conductor pinning tool c/w dual rota-broach drills and Pins. The reason for pinning the conductor was to retain until a permanent solution was engineered due to the integrity of the conductor I.e conductor potential failure (25te) to shear and cause damage to a gas pipeline that was routed below.
Emergency Temporary Caisson Restraints
Nexen Petroleum contracted Bibby Remote Intervention Limited (BRIL) to carry out emergency temporary restraining to Scott UQ Platform caissons. SengS Subsea Engineering Solutions ltd where subsequently contracted to produce detailed design and onshore and offshore engineering support. SengS designed two types of restraints and pin designs which were designed, FEA analysed and manufactured within 6 days.
Sevan Hummingbird FPSO Chain Inspection
SengS Subsea Engineering Solutions ltd were contracted by BRIL (Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd) on behalf of Centrica Energy Ltd to carry out inspection works on the Sevan Hummingbird FPSO 2013 Mooring lines.
SengS Subsea Engineering Solutions were contracted by Enviroco on behalf of Dana Petroleum to conduct Flushing/Pigging and Cutting operations of the Triton umbilical approximately 2.4km in length.

ICV Control Panel
SengS Subsea Engineering Solutions ltd were contracted by Conoco Phillips to design, manufacture and commission a Interval Control Valve Panel (ICV). The ICV panel consisted of stainless steel frameworks with engraved Flow diagram on the control panel interface. The unit is designed with bottom forklift pockets and additional M8 swivel joints lifting point all manufactured in accordance with the relevant industry standards.
Nexen Petroleum UK
Emergency Temporary Repair to Scott UQ Platform C6 Caisson
SengS were contracted by BRIL (Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd) on behalf of Nexen Petroleum to carry out emergency temporary repair to Scott UQ Platform C6 Caisson which had perforations identified just within the water line/splash zone. The initial workscope was to secure the C6 caisson by installing temporary rigging which was conducted by the SVROV Reef Despina WROV.

Umbilical Reels and Lift Beams
SengS was contracted to design and manufacture a 4.2m x 3.2m diameter umbilical reel, li beam and support cradles. The complete project was conducted in 6 weeks – concept, detailed design and fabrication.

Mooring Chain Inspection Tools
SengS was contracted to design and manufacture mooring chain inspection tools. Three tools were designed; go-no-go gauges, chain measurement tool and scanning measurement tool. In addition, to optimise the WROV a subsea basket was designed & manufactured andboltedtotheframeoftheROVtoallowthe tools to be stored and changed out subsea.

20-inch Caisson Repair Sleeve and barrier
An Offshore platform 20inch outer caisson sheared at EL-17m, SengS were contracted to design and manufacture 20inch cassion restraining sleeve which was to realign the two sections of caissons and also capable of sealing to 7 barg differential pressure.

Site integration Testing (SIT) – TDU / subsea X-tree interface checks
SengS was contracted by BRIL (Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd) on behalf of Centrica Energy to carry out WROV valve and stab plate removal operations within the Trees field. As part of this campaign and prior to mobilisation SengS conducted a full system Integration test (SIT) of the TDU(Tool deployment unit) to LMV valve and Stab plate interfaces of the subsea X-tree.
SengS was contracted to carry out a specialist detailed inventory and identification exercise on asset spares for a global Oil & Gas company based in Aberdeen. The scope of works included capturing unidentified and or unchecked asset spares information such as; description, material/part numbers (where available), quantities, item condition. Individual photographs were taken and hyperlinked from the inventory list for visual reference.
IRM Campaign 2013
SengS was contracted by BOL (Bibby Offshore Ltd) on behalf of Centrica Energy Ltd to carry out IRM works on the Tree’s Field. The field consists of the Birch, Larch and Sycamore subsea assists tied back to the Brae Alpha platform.
Mallard Well Scale Squeeze
SengS Subsea Engineering Solutions designed, engineered and conducted offshore operations on behalf of BRIL. This included but was not limited to; schedule, method statements, deck plans, sea-fastening calculation package and project specific operational procedures.
Solan Boulder Recovery Works
SengS were contracted by BRIL (Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd) on behalf of Premier Oil to carry out boulder recovery operations on the Solan development.
The Solan field contained a large concentration of boulders on the seabed. Some of these boulders were located in and around the proposed locations for the Solan facilities such as the; line Pipe Route, Jacket and Tank that are to be installed in the future. The boulders were required to be relocated to a suitable location nearby on the seabed.
